Nancy McFarland
Nancy McFarland has nearly twenty years of technology instruction,
automation consulting, training design and development experience for both
domestic and international clients. Nancy has worked for Redshaw Insurance
Computer Systems, as well held the Senior Training Manager position at Sales
Technologies (a Dun & Bradstreet Corporation) before embarking on starting a
technology training company in 1995 called TRAINTRACS, and in 2003,
LearnTech, Inc.
Nancy has been directly involved with CRM projects for clients such as: R.
J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, YRC Worldwide, Honeywell, T.J. Lipton Company,
Gillette Company, Federal-Mogul, Applied Graphics Technologies, Parke-Davis
Pharmaceuticals, Rhone-Poulenc, Pfizer, Intel, Bristol-Myers Squibb, The
Fort James Corporation, Searle Pharmaceuticals, Hewlett Packard, Revlon, and
Cooper Automotive.
Tim Abraham
Tim Abraham has been involved in the design, development, and rollout of CRM
and office automation systems for 15 years. He has managed numerous
projects for sales organizations across most industries including
transportation, consumer goods, hospitality, insurance, advertising, and
technology; both domestic and international. His experience is across all
major CRM and ERP platforms. In 1996 he started Automation Advantages,
Inc., a consulting firm focused on CRM project management, implementation
and training. Now, as a principal partner with LearnTech, Inc. he continues
to apply his wealth of project management and training experience to the
benefit of LearnTech's clients.
In addition to his technology experience, Tim, along with
Dominic Carubba, has been instrumental in the
design, development, and delivery of LearnTech’s
soft skills workshops.
