DOMINIC CARUBBA

LearnTech's Learning Strategist, Dominic Carubba, has over 20 years of training experience in sales, leadership, customer service, team building, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and time management as well as an extensive technology instruction experience.  A commissioned officer in the U.S. Army and a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years, he created the Center for Performance Solutions in 2003.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Georgia specializing in a Masters Level instruction in Instructional Psychology and Training Technology.   He has been a CPT (Certified Performance Technologist) since November of 2003 when the designation was created by ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) and ISPI (International Society of Performance Improvement) to bring professional accreditation to the field of Human Performance Technologies.    

Dominic has worked with everything from Fortune 100 to small businesses and individuals to design develop and deliver training to improve performance in people and business processes.  He has coordinated the Executive Leadership Program for The Home Depot, managed the training of over 6000 employees for BP/Amoco, assisted in the development and delivered management training for RJ Reynolds New Rep and Entry Level Manager training, taught sales representatives for AT&T and facilitated software development projects for TIAA-CREF.
